This policy explains how the "KBKO Page Agent" Facebook application handles information when customers contact the Win Electronic & Mobile – Taikkyi Facebook Page. The app provides automated customer-service replies and scheduled informational posts for our shop.

Information we process

• Messages you send to our Facebook Page (message text and attachments) and comments you post on our Page.
• Your Page-scoped user ID and, where Facebook provides it, your public profile name, so we can address and answer your inquiry.
• Basic technical logs of each automated reply (time, type of inquiry, the reply generated).

We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or government IDs through this app.

How we use the information

• To generate an automated reply to your question about our products and services (phones and electronics sales, phone repair service, WavePay/KBZPay transfer and cash-out service).
• To notify the shop administrator about inquiries that need a human response (for example completed transfers, receipts, complaints, or photo attachments).
• To publish scheduled informational posts on our own Page.

Service providers

Message text is processed by the Google Gemini API solely to generate a reply. Messages are delivered through Meta's Facebook platforms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Messages are processed in real time to produce a reply. Operational logs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. You may ask us to delete information related to you at any time by messaging our Page or calling the shop; we will complete the request within 30 days.
